While driving across NoDak recently, I heard a report from UND about most of their graduates leaving the state - they are wondering how to encourage graduates to stay. I kept thinking "technology" and "alternative energy industry" but I don't know if these are viable answers. 

Anyway, I would love to know the outcome. It is a noble mission.</description>
